Cancellation Policy

We look forward to welcoming you back to Ginza St. James’s.

Please note that we require card details to secure your booking. If you cannot make your reservation we ask that you contact us in more than 48 hours advance of your booking. In the event that your reservation is not cancelled within 48 hours notice or if guests fail to arrive then this will result in a charge of £20 per guest.

Dress code: Smart/casual (Smart trainers permitted but we request that guests do not wear sportswear, beachwear, ripped jeans, flip flops, sports slides or gym-wear) We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests not adhering to our dress code.

Ginza St. James’s is compliant with all current government regulations on Covid-19. All guests must register using the NHS Track & Trace app upon entering the restaurant. Face masks are required when not seating at your table
